This week, during my stay in RJ, I had a photo shoot with photographer Daniela Justus. Do you remember I mentioned her before? She did Marcela’s pregnant book and it was amazing (see it here)!

Between a look and another, I had a sequence of looks with a scarf, showing 3 ways that I like to wear it. None of them is really new, but maybe now you’ll get excited and take yours out of the closet? The scarf is a timeless piece and we can wear it to go out, to go to the beach, as a hair accessory… On today’s look I had mine (it has a square shape) as a top! It’s very easy: put together two corners and tie it on the back of your neck, the other two you tie at your back!

Did you like the look? Since Rio is a hot tropical city, I think it’s very ok to wear a scarf as a top! But in SP I’d wear a blazer or a cardigan over it so I wouldn’t look too “naked” lol.

Entre um look e outro, fiz uma sequencia de looks com um lenço, mostrando 3 maneiras que gosto muito de usar. Nenhuma delas é super novidade, mas quem sabe agora vocês não se animam e tiram o de vocês do armário? O lenço é uma peça atemporal e podemos usar para sair, para ir à praia, como acessório de cabelo… No look de hoje, usei o meu (ele tem um formato quadrado) como top! É beeeem fácil: junte duas pontas e amarre atrás da nuca, as outras duas você amarra nas costas!

Gostaram do look? Como o Rio é uma cidade quente e tropical, acho que tem tudo a ver usar o lenço como top! Já em SP, eu colocaria um blazer ou casaquinho por cima para não ficar tão “pelada” rs.

Hello! I’m already in SP in the biggest showroom rush. Can you believe I’m already purchasing next year’s winter collection? Summer has not even arrived yet and I already have to think about coats, leather, tricot, afff. I confess this buyer side I have makes me very excited and happy, but the shopping calendar is extremely forward. That happens so that in February all the stores already have a full stock with the new winter looks. Today was my first day at work, but I’ve already loved many brands that I saw and got them for Mag-Online!

Well, but for now, let’s enjoy the summer, right? Today was sunny, hot, but always with a cold breeze in the shade. I love cardigans because they are practical and go with e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g. You don’t know what to wear with your serious skirt? Put on a cardigan and play with colors. There, you’re beautiful! Lol. My fringe skirt is part of the western trend that started 4 years ago, do you remember? It’s back now, but I don’t like the obvious look of fringe + cowboy boots + denim shirt. That’s why I chose to color the look with the orange shade and wear more delicate flats!

Pictures: Blog da MariahOiiii! Já estou em SP na maior correria de showrooms. Acreditam que já estou comprando a coleção de inverno do ano que vem? O Verão nem chegou com força e tenho que pensar em casacos, couro, tricots, afffff. Confesso que esse meu lado buyerme deixa muuuito empolgada e feliz, mas o calendário de compras é extremamente adiantado. Isso serve para que, em Fevereiro, todas as lojas estejam abastecidas de looks novos de frio. Hoje foi o meu primeiro dia no batente, mas já adorei várias marcas que vi e comprei pra Mag-Online!

Bom, por enquanto, vamos aproveitar o verão, né? Hoje estava sol, calor, mas sempre com aquele ventinho frio na sombra. Amo cardigans porque são práticos e combinam com t-u-d-o. Não sabe o que usar com a sua saia importante? Coloque um cardigan e brinque com as cores. Pronto, está linda! haha A minha saia de franjas faz parte da tendência western que pegou geral há uns 4 anos atrás, lembram? Ela voltou, mas não gosto do look óbvio de franja + bota cowboy + camisa jeans. Por isso, optei por colorir o look com o tom laranja e colocar uma sapatilha mais delicada!

Today my sister, Marcela, who is super üper düber pregnant at 9 months, has received a diaper shower from her friends in RJ. My other sister, Marina, and I were present, after all, this is a super special moment for our dear sister.

I always feel very carefree to assemble looks in Rio de Janeiro. You don’t need “that” elaboration from SP, where all the time the weather is changing lol. Rio is more like Araçatuba: heat, haze and humidity. The look I wore was a Chris Barros dress which I love like crazy and of course I already got mine! It’s all made of lace; you can’t imagine how beautiful the work looks in person!

The turquoise clutch gives the look some color, but my favorite item in this look are the beige flats with tacks, super delicate!

The dress was wrinkled, after an hour sitting at the hairdresser’s chair. I took these pictures at Body & Soul, the beauty salon I visit whenever I’m in Rio. It’s very good, I super recommend it : – )

Pictures: Blog da MariahHoje a minha irmã Marcela, que está suuuper üper düber grávida de 9 meses, ganhou um chá de fralda das amigas no RJ. Eu e minha outra irmã Marina marcamos presença, afinal, é um momento super especial da nossa querida irmã.

Eu sempre fico super a vontade no Rio de Janeiro para fazer looks. Não precisa “daquela” elaboração como SP, que vira e mexe o tempo muda rs. O Rio é mais parecido com Araçatuba: calor, mormaço e umidade. O look que usei foi um vestido da Cris Barros que estou loucamente apaixonada e claro que já adquiri o meu! Ele é todo de guipir, vocês não imaginam o trabalho lindo ao vivo!

A clutch turquesa dá uma cor ao look, mas a minha peça preferida nesse look, é a sapatilha bege com tachinhas, super delicada!

O vestido já estava super amassado, depois de uma hora na cadeira do cabeleireiro. Essas fotos eu tirei no Care Body & Soul, o salão que eu frequento quando estou no Rio. Muito bom, super recomento 🙂

Weeks ago, when I got a gift from F*Hits, I was surprised to know that Luciano Huck (me and my sister are huge fans lol) had released a t-shirt brand in partnership with Reserva. That is not something else, is it? Just another t-shirt brand among the many others in the market. But the idea isn’t to sell and make a lot of money, but to support social causes with the aim to mobilize people and transform low income communities through technology. Well, all I know is I really support that idea and have in fact, wore their shirt lol!

The t-shirts are super cute and each week another different model of print is released. You can only purchase them through the Use Huck website, which makes them even more exclusive, right bloguetes?

Today I’m in RJ (in spite of the rain, it’s as wonderful as always) and have already worn my t-shirt with the Steve Jobs homage print for the first time.

This is a very hi-lo look. I love to mix “worn out” t-shirts to a leather piece, for example. You can test it at home, it works very well and looks charming! Did you like this relaxing look? lol

Pictures: Daniela JustusSemanas atrás, quando recebi um presente da F*Hits, fiquei surpresa em saber que o Luciano Huck (eu e minha irmã somos muito fãs dele haha) tinha lançado uma marca de camisetas em parceria com a Reserva. Até aí, nada demais, né? Mais uma marca de camisetas entre taaaantas no mercado. Mas a idéia não é vender e faturar muito dinheiro, e sim, apoiar causas sociais com a missão de mobilizar pessoas e transformar comunidades de baixa renda através da tecnologia. Bom, eu só sei que apoio muito essa idéia e inclusive, já vesti a camisa, literalmente rs!

As camisetas são super fofas e a cada semana é lançado um modelo diferente de estampa. A gente só consegue comprar pelo site Use Huck, o que deixa ainda mais exclusiva, né bloguetes?

Hoje estou no RJ (apesar da chuva, está maravilhoso como sempre) e já inaugurei a minha camiseta com a estampa em homenagem ao Steve Jobs.
